MDV Featured Article - Coming up on DeckCenter. - by Casual Violence & MDV Writing Staff - posted 9/1/06 - discuss here

[Introductary Music Playing...]

Welcome to DeckCenter!  I am your host, Berm!

You’ve seen MDV Idol. The fierce struggle for supremacy.

"This card certainly is a powerhouse. The contest rules are asking for a broken card, and this is certainly a broken card… That is the sound of the needle getting pulled too far and breaking."

The cutthroat tactics.

"Let's throw away all concepts of reality here people. This card is ridiculous, and you know it. Streetz you blubbering baby, shut up about concepts and ideas. You're making me sick."

The sorrow of defeat.

"Thank God that JSweeney didn't make the top, or I'd have to vomit all over that card."

Now it’s time for:

Loud Booming Voice In the Background...
<<MDV Idol 2: In the Crossfire>>
...Long Lasting Echo....echo.. echo...

Many contestants will take the field, but only one will emerge as the victor.

Will it be “Running Amok in the” Streetz? Death “Looks Pretty Good Standing” By Beebles? Or will Tynion “Street Hooligan” pull off the win? It’s all-out war between these judges as they decide between the cards and designers as to who will be crowned the next MDV Idol.

"Tynion, can we switch seats, I have to be closer to the card. This contest is so wonderful... I see you winning this contest!"

And, yes, voting will be open to all registered forum users. Once voting begins, get your tail in forums and vote while there’s time! You will decide who Could… Go… All… The… Way… and be crowned the next MDV Idol.

Stay tuned to DeckCenter for coverage of this event.
