If a creature has protection from red and is equiped with bonesplitter. Can bonesplitter (artifact equipment) be destroyed by shatter (shatter is a red spell)?

If a creature is equipped with sword of ice and fire(equipped creature gains protection from red an blue). Can sword of ice and fire be destroyed by shatter?

Yes on both acounts. Shatter targets the artifact, not the creature. Whatever protections the creature has don't transfer to the equipment.
