I think Ninja have a really good Chance in the current Type 2 i mean everything has slowed down and they have a chance. Plus This is U/B Ninja so it has some counter Power and some good kill in the deck. I will have some Results for you soon.
Tell me what you think.

I don't like the blue shinobi that much, throat slitter is way better. The deck is quick, maybe remand is better than hinder here. Dunno if this would work, but blood clock can help, you bounce your ninja so you can ninjutsu him out with orni, sometimes dimir dude, and your opponent doesn't really benefit from it(unless loxodon hierarch).
It's an interesting idea. I would only say that you could use more hard-to-block creatures, in addition to your Ornithopter and Infiltrator. I'd run Nezumi Cutthroat, and probably cut Higure. Higure is nice, but for that cost, you should be winning. Ink-Eyes makes you win; Higure lets you win by extension.

I really like the idea of a serious Ninja deck. Sickening Shoal might not be a bad choice for this deck, especially since it can be cast without actually using mana.
The main card I think of here, though, could be a replacement for Mistblade Shinobi : Dimir Cutpurse. Give this guy an evasion ability, and he whittles down your opponent's life total and their hand while simultaneously drawing cards for you. Pretty good deal if you ask me.
Good luck. Hope this deck works, because Ninjas rock.

Keep Mistblade Shinobi!
Reasons why?
1. Cheap Ninjitsu Cost
2. Nice Early Game
3. Creature Control
4. It's a ninja, that's cool!
5. Cutpurse sucks!

But it only works once. After you've bounced their creature, they can replay it and block, or if you counter it, the Shinobi's just a plain 1/1. It seems like a good idea, but in practice, it isn't.
