I think that's very good! You've got a good grasp of anatomy!

My only gripes (and these are very minor, mind you) is that its tail looks like it's swooshing out between its legs, but I don't know if you intended it to look like that or not :P.

His right wing also looks a little funny, but it's still very impressive! It looks like he'd be just as comfortable under water as he would be flying through the air :).

As GRUNT said, the right wing (left for us) is bended to much backwards. And also, the tail looks kind of weird if he is supposed to be flying (it is hard flying with your tail behind your legs.)

Looks like of like an ice drake.. if you change the background to an icy background.. the picture would pop! Nice art.
