Just another "infinite copies of Soothing Balm" thing. This isn't a deck, but it'd be interesting to see a casual deck for this (copying any spell that works, of course)
Soothing Balm
+
Stone-Seeder Heirophant
+
A Swamp and Mountain
+
Uyo, Silent Prophet
+
Patron of the Soratami
"Infinite life, baby". Of course the combo is the Heirophant+Uyo+Patron, and I'm sure someone thought of this months before me, but I was amused earlier.

Replace Soothing Balm with anything else that does damage (Glacial Ray?) and you've got a powerful combo.

Replace it with Booster Tutor, pop a battle of wits in your 60-card deck, and you have the most expensive win condition ever?

How do you get all the cards into your deck?
Lol make sure to pick up a Mnemonic Nexus.

Infinite damage is cute, but I just like the idea of infinite life, as long as I'm not staring down Phage or Door to Nothing But Losing Horribly.

I played someone when I mulliganned to 4 and still had a bad hand. He had a Legacy Weapon and DtN and 10 mana. Instead of using the door, he decided to LW all my stuff and beat me down with Savanah Lions. Ugh...

And the deck was crap.
I'd estimate 4 Kodama's, 50% nonbasic land, 4 Legacy Weapon, 4 Door to Nothing, 4 Savannah Lions, and 4 Glorious Anthem.
Yes, 4 Glorious and Lions and an insane overhaul of nonbasic Land.

DtN is mean, someone doored me on turn 6 once, after completely locking me down

We were dumb enough to allow Unhinged cards one night...
"Not Another AEther Vortex"
...dumbest idea ever. All saclands, Composite Golems, Feldon's Cane, STE, and 1 Door. He just stuck it all on the stack, allowed stuff to resolve when he couldn't clear the top card, and hit with the Door. See, the Errata on NAAV says that the cards on top are simply "in play"...they never came into play. So he had tons of "comes into play tapped" stuff that he could use straight up. I was wondering what the hell he was doing for the first seven turns, then he took a 12 minute turn and won.
