This forum is for creating, sharing, and requesting custom made avatars that appear beneath one’s screen name or banners to be used in signatures. There are various “shops” located at the top of the forum; these are threads on which you can post and ask the proprietor(s) to create graphics for you.
Requesting Graphics
-When requesting graphics in a shop, be respectful towards the proprietor(s). They are doing this for free at their expense. Hopefully, this goes without saying.
-Follow the rules of the shop you’re requesting graphics at.
-If you want to request more than one person to try to make a given graphic for you, make a post in the main forum. Do not post on multiple people’s graphics thread.
-When someone makes you a graphic, please give them due credit (see #1). It would be extra-nice to link to their shop as well.
Graphics Shops
-In order to set up a shop, all you have to do is start the thread and PM me. I’ll sticky it, and you’re in business. In the future, I may make it so that I’ll only sticky shops once they get a certain amount of activity, but for now all new shops will be stickied.
-If you want your clients to follow certain guidelines in your shop, say so. A list of rules (much like this one) in the first post of your shop is just the thing.
-You are not allowed to demand any kind of payment more than credit in someone’s signature for your work.
