Magic Advistory Panel?

Has anyone else heard of this. I found the link to it on MTGS. It's a site based on surveys... and you have to be invited to take these surveys.

I would love to take the surveys .. but I can't - I wasn't invited.

Has any member of MDV been invited? And can you tell me/us a little more about this site?
