(I believe saito means that each person only says one word and then the next person builds off of that word. Say you start with "Soda", next person says "can" next person says "able" then "cain" then "tourture" then "Punishment" or something and you can see you started with soda and ended with punishment.. interesting... so instead of saying the first word that comes to mind AND another word, you just say the first thing that comes to mind and the next person says the first thing that comes to mind off of that word)
