These first two were line designs one had to be just lines and the other had to have some shapes. The shaped one is sideways. Thats all I can really say for these. Tell me what you think.

These two are called compositions we took two layers of paper one white and one black the cut one to make it look like something. One of them had to be symmetrical the other had to assymetrical

These are some of my art projects that I made in my exploratory art class. I have more that I have done and am still making more. Until I feel like getting up and finding a digital camera these are the only ones that fit in my scanner. The other ones are of a still life of some bottles (made of lines), people standing or sitting (lines, shading), people in action poses (I modeled for one where I was riding a broom) (done with marker in like 5-10 minutes each), self portrait (lines, shading), high contrast portrait (take a picture of a famous person and make it black and white with paint) , shaded still life of shapes with a light pointed at them.

You can look at these and tell me what you think.

Pretty good. I hope to see more. Why are you in the class? A career you wish to pursue?

Yes...trippy:D

I love your art...:D
I'm an artist too...but i don't have a scanner.:(
I will be getting one for Christmas :D ...so when i do...I'll be posting some of my art.

Keep up the good work.
You definatley have potential.
I like how the third one gives off the feeling of a green medow, lush with flowers and wildlife, yet no color and very low detail....very well done.

We are started something with color now it is a pointalism.

FKIH i just joined the class because it is easy and you have to take it to be in any other art class, but then I realized I am decent. So right now Im not sure it would become a career although that would be cool. I will probably take ceramics next just because thats another easy one.

Right, i see.

Funny enough, i was tired of drawing badly, so at approx March of this year i said, screw it, i shall learn to draw!!!! SO i bought about 5 books to help (all anime so you know....none of them helped...) and started to doodle and draw. Biggest mistake of my life, now i can't get it out of my system, it's taking over my studies and such. Now i want to be an artist rather than what i'm aiming for...which is in engineering, but it's damaging my time managment and marks...sigh....

I've also taken an art class (at school) and i've found that ever since is started this whole imporve my skills thing, i've actually gotten a lot better. ARGHHH!!!
