As of tonight, I have posted November's featured links. I feel bad since October's links didn't get a full month.. but that happens sometimes.
Please enjoy the links - the link to the page:
http://www.magicdeckvortex.com/links_featured.htm
And here are the links as they appear on MDV:
Magic Table. This site features a program called Magic Table. It is a program that allows you to play online card games (CCG’s) like Magic the Gathering. Like other programs (MWS, Apprentice and MTGO), Magic Table allows a single game, deck editing, Booster Drafts, Rochester Drafts, Sealed Deck, Watching a game and chat with other players. It’s new to me.. and thus I’ll feature it.
Crystal Keep. This website is a legendary website that is a gaming resource library. About 20 months ago Stephen D'Angelo announced he would no longer be updating his oracle reference for Magic cards. Just recently he has changed that and will be updating things again. Within a few months this site should be up and running as a fully functional rules website. He also has references for MANY other CCG games. A must check out for any CCGer.
The Gatherer (by WotC). This is a fantastic search utility for Magic the Gathering players and it is produced by Wizards of the Coast. You can search for any Magic card by several criteria and sort the results by several criteria. Once you find your card(s) you can click on a link a it opens a new window showing the card images, the sets it's been in and the oracle text not to mention the format legalities of it. Nice utility.. not the best, but above many others for sure.
Derick's Magic: the Gathering. Derick's Magic has been around longer than MDV and has many of the same featuers as MDV - a huge deck database, forums, combos and more. Recently, Derick has got his own server (after I suggested it) and has a great looking site. I would encourage you to check it out.
MTG Archive (wiki). This website is designed as a free resource of information for Magic: The Gathering players and collectors. There are 79 articles in the Archive, and you can help us! M:TG Archive is a "wiki" which means that every page (with a very few exceptions) can be edited by anyone in order to update or correct the information given.
Please discuss.
