Is there any specific reason MDV Forums are super laggy today?


......or is it just me?

I thought maybe it was MY internet connection. I will be contacting support shortly on this matter. There may be two causes:

1) A large influx of people viewing the MDV Visual Spoiler for TIme Spiral.

2) The server is being slow.

You know what is driving me nuts.. I get a notice from my email, telling me that I have a new message, and I click the link. It takes me to where the message was and I begin to read it. As all of your crummy banners start to download, it drags my screen down to view those instead of the post I was trying to read! Stupid Banners! Why does EVERY person need a baner? It drives me freaking insane!

Not to mention that I must download your stupid banners in the first place...!

You can disable images in signatures in the Edit Options page of the Control Panel.

It was slow Saturday afternoon.. so much so that I couldn't log into my server to reboot the FTP. However, it should be OK now. The only thing I can think of is that this is the release weekend for Time Spiral.. so hordes of people were viewing the VS for Time Spiral this afternoon...
