Blahha - Scammed several people 2009.
TemeriChan - Scammed at least one member in 2009.
adrirodr - Scammed several boards in 2008.
3nd3r - Scammed one member in 2009.

Guidelines to reporting bad buyers/sellers:

1) Report if you sent out first, they received but you haven't
2) Report if they were to send first but you never received
3) Report only if it has been 3-4 weeks since the date they said they sent out
4) No flaming/spam is allowed in reporting someone. It will be dealt with appropriately.

Prepare to have the following information:

1) The MDV name(s) they are going under (if you also have any other alias(s) than include those as well.)
2) Full name/address supplied to you
3) Any email/PM/IMs
4) If you sent with confirmation, a scan of the receipt, if possible or a Delivery Confirmation tracking number.

Please post here ONLY if you are the person complaining or the person accused. Posting here saying things such as "oh, he/she is a great buyer/seller" is spam and will be dealt will appropriately.

If you ever find the need to file for mail fraud, the link to do so is located here (http://www.usps.com/postalinspectors/fraud/welcome.htm). The link to file Internet fraud is here (http://www.ic3.gov/complaint/).

Once the disputed issue is resolved, please notify the mods of the Bizarre of Wonders and/or delete any and all posts regarding that issue, as to not get people thinking the wrong things about someone.

Here is all that I have to go on as far as information. But this is against Tresserhorn. I sent my stuff, on the Day noted. Which was Actually earlier than Agreed upon. I have not had any response on whether or not Cards have been recieved in roughly a Week. Being International, I had no Sig con. And Too Expensive for other options. If Tresserhorn Feels this is in Error, He needs to Talk to me or Rebut this Post. As of Now I would like an Investigation into this matter, as I conduct a very Proffesional Trade list. I copied and Pasted fm my trade List.

I know. I figured it out. Had long ugly heated discussion. Even apologized on my trade thread. Was actually waiting for his response here to be deleted. Don't want response's to what I just said. Situation somewhat normal now. no more responses to what I said. Just a Delete from Tress than me. and Now you. Thx though

EDIT: I wanted deleted as it was a mistake in Judgement and me being somewhat annoying at the exact same time and I don't want to have to see Tress as the last post here and think how I goofed everytime i come here. I deleted the other one as the issue was resolved, which it wasn't than resolved again. I hope anyways. No one ever really knows for sure around here lately.

I can't find the reciept. Dont remember His address. It's been deleted, and the paper I wrote it on, I can't find.

I sent my cards the same day that I sent Minion's and Thunderhogs. They have recieved theirs already. I've not recieved confirmation from 3nd3r that he has recieve my cards. I know I haven't recieved his.

I don't feel so horrible as the trade itself isn't for very good cards, so I don't feel too hosed. But this has been a fantasctically horrible trade. And no contact whatsoever. (Now I know what Minion and Streetz felt like when streetz found my trade to Minion in his mail. Only, Minion still recieved those cards.)

Looking into this will be great. I don't feel anyone deserves a ripped label unless I'm trading either a super-good card (Mutavault, Exalted Angel) or Mass quantity of cards. So a Bad trader would be good enough for me.

it's been more than 4x weeks and i still haven't received my 1x baneslayer angel + 2 div vs. dem. demonic tutors from blahha. his real name is Josh L., he received my 4x darksteel colossus + 4x tinker already (since i sent them first, certified with tracking number - i'll provide this # later when i find it). Thank you for letting me know they arrived yesterday, a day faster then I thought, tho yesterday I didnt go get them due to I went and proved to a job that I didnt test dirty on a Drug test that I never took, on the way there, an old man was driving at me on the freeway, almost caused a collasion with me and 5 others, but I was able to squeeze by and not hit anyone. Then got the job to work for graveyard. I get home today around 6:30am, and a few hours later, my mother, who is quite frankle to put it to you without sounding like a story teller, my mother has cancer and she has been slowly passing away, Monday she started her Kemotherapy, been horrable sick Tuesday, and when I got home today it was only a few hours later that she had another major serizer, im currently here at the hospital with her, PLEASE forgive me if you may not get your cards till Monday or Tuesday at lastest. I will do what I can to get yours shipped out as fast as I can. And very deeply sorry for this incovenace.

OK, im going to be having yours shipped out here today. I got the wife to bring me a bubbled envalope from her work and the cards from home, (I already had them ready right when I gave you my address) and am going to have her mail them from her work since she isnt going to be home yet and wont be for a while after the normal mail service.

so i waited at least 1 month and still haven't received it. and never heard from him since.

Hem, that is very werid and a bit concerning, due to I did know him, but since he moved to his moms to help her with the pancreatic (cant spell that :bang:) cancer, I thus havent heard from him since and whats even more concerning is the fact that is my grandmothers PO Box. Or it could be one of the few others in this town. And thus I would like to state that I dont want to be acused of it for a few reasons. 1) I am not all caring for trades but if one is needed and is ok, I will make one. 2) I have an ok trade number but all 100% successful. Even with one that I today havent recieved. He was not 100% ok with but did willingly resend more and I got really fast.

dude -- If you still have not heard from Blahha, I would recommend filing mail fraud:


Ripping someone off is mail fraud.
This is another reason to save your e-mail messages. Any documented deal in which you agreed to send a certain item in exchange for another by mail, is under the jurisdiction of laws pertaining to mail fraud. If you don't believe me, read Title 18, Section 1341 of the US Code. Those found guilty of mail fraud can be fined and sent to jail for up to 5 years. Contact your local postmaster if you seriously believe you've been ripped off, and he or she will tell you what you can do.

I am just letting you know, that I still haven't received, and the lack of communication is very upsetting.

If I do not receive by this Monday, I will be starting a bad trader report on you. Over a month is WAY too long to resolve any trade.


And here we are on Monday, and as it stands: He has my cards, I am out cards, his communication is absolutely terrible, and I had to resort to chasing him down on another site.

His recent activity on MTGS is: Yesterday 10:47 PM. He is aware of this situation and has had plenty of time to respond to my last pm but has chose not to.

Please help me resolve this bad trader issue in a timely manner.

@ Pastorofmuppets: I've never heard of the guy. Usually, when two unestablished traders trade over the forum they should involve a moderator or admin to ensure that both parties keep to their end of the deal OR that no one gets ripped off. I strongly suggest that you do that the next time you want to trade with someone that's as unestablished as yourself on the forum. When that happens, let me know and I'll gladly volunteer to be that mod.

I am just tired of waiting a month for cards for a deck that I needed to have in my hands before States so I could play the EDH deck I wanted to there in the side events and couldn't.

I recognize laguilde from either MTGS or MOTL and I believe I've traded with them before. Have you been communicating with him to advise you haven't received anything. If you are in the US and he is in Canada, sometimes it can take 4-6 weeks to get your package. I know that first hand.

Ok, so I'm back finally with the help from Streetz.

I'm not a liar and a ripped, just like to make that clear. I sent twice to Zazirik. When I had problems getting on the forum, they contacted me on MTGs, to inform me they hadn't recieved the cards. I promptly got another batch sent out to them, without question.

I'm still not 100% sure why i was blocked form accessing this forum, but I had reported that to trade Mods, and had informed them that I had sent sent to Zazirik twice now.

Zazarik - This has been opened again. if you filed a claim, I need proof of that now. Without out, it makes you look suspicious based on Tresserhorn's side of the story. I need transcipts from both of you on what went down so i can make a decision on what needs to be done to resolve this. Thank you.

I did not open a claim. I have been absolutely to busy to do so.

I am also unsure how it makes me suspicious if I didn't receive. He confirmed he received my end and if he didn't send with DC how is that my fault?

I have tried to keep up communication with him both here and on MTGSalvation. I don't believe that he couldn't access the site here. Why? Because when I contacted him on MTGS he did the same disappearance act. Infact, he has yet to log onto MTGS this year yet.

If he "sent twice" as he states and tried to correct this situation, why hasn't he said anything until now....three-four months later. I was very diligent in trying to correct and finish this trade, yet he disappears. So again, how does that make me suspicious?

Everything that went down between us (of what little there was due to his inactivity) I posted above, months ago. What makes all this worse, is I don't even need the above cards anymore.

Where did I say I had access to your computer network? I didn't.

Surely you could have went through other routes to get into contact with me. Do you not have a public library somewhere near you? All I am saying is some communication would have been nice.

And you're right, DC was not agreed to. But it's advised in the MDV's rules to do so. Neither of us did use it. But you confirmed to have received my end, and I have not received yours.
