Time Vault (http://gatherer.wizards.com/?first=1&last=100&term=time+vault&Field_Name=on&Field_Rules=on&Field_Type=on&setfilter=Allsets&colorfilter=All&typefilter=All&output=spoiler&sort=name&x=11&y=36)
Time Vault comes into play tapped.
Time Vault doesn't untap during your untap step.
Skip your next turn: Untap Time Vault and put a time counter on it.
{T}, Remove all time counters from Time Vault: Take an extra turn after this one. Play this ability if only there's a time counter on Time Vault.

Time Vault + Lodestone Myr (http://gatherer.wizards.com/?first=1&last=100&term=Lodestone+Myr&Field_Name=on&Field_Rules=on&Field_Type=on&setfilter=Allsets&colorfilter=All&typefilter=All&output=spoiler&sort=name&x=5&y=27)
Keep skipping turns to untap the Vault so you can tap it again to pump up the Myr; just be sure to win that turn, since you won't be seeing another for a while.

Time Vault + Flame Fusillade (http://gatherer.wizards.com/?first=1&last=100&term=Flame+Fusillade&Field_Name=on&Field_Rules=on&Field_Type=on&setfilter=Allsets&colorfilter=All&typefilter=All&output=spoiler&sort=name&x=9&y=35)
As above, trade your future for limitless damage.

Time Vault + Mesmeric Orb (http://gatherer.wizards.com/?first=1&last=100&term=Mesmeric+Orb&Field_Name=on&Field_Rules=on&Field_Type=on&setfilter=Allsets&colorfilter=All&typefilter=All&output=spoiler&sort=name&x=27&y=19)
Skipping your next turn and then tapping the Vault for an extra turn leaves the turn sequence unchanged, so the Vault can tap and untap repeatedly for free. With the Orb you can put your library into your graveyard in this way. Use with things like reanimation (pull out a Sutured Ghoul, for example, with a Dragon Breath also in your graveyard), Replenish, and Mortal Combat. Seeker of Skybreak and Aphetto Alchemist can also tap-and-untap for free.

Time Vault + Dismantle (http://gatherer.wizards.com/?first=1&last=100&term=Dismantle&Field_Name=on&Field_Rules=on&Field_Type=on&setfilter=Allsets&colorfilter=All&typefilter=All&output=spoiler&sort=name&x=25&y=28) + Darksteel Reactor (http://gatherer.wizards.com/?first=1&last=100&term=Darksteel+Reactor&Field_Name=on&Field_Rules=on&Field_Type=on&setfilter=Allsets&colorfilter=All&typefilter=All&output=spoiler&sort=name&x=35&y=37)
Skip your next 20 turns to put 20 time counters on the Vault; then Dismantle it and put 20 charge counters on the reactor

Time Vault + Stasis (http://gatherer.wizards.com/?first=1&last=100&term=stasis&Field_Name=on&Field_Rules=on&Field_Type=on&setfilter=LimitedEditionBeta&colorfilter=All&typefilter=All&output=spoiler&sort=name&x=21&y=41) + Orb of Dreams (http://gatherer.wizards.com/?first=1&last=100&term=orb+of+dreams&Field_Name=on&Field_Rules=on&Field_Type=on&setfilter=Allsets&colorfilter=All&typefilter=All&output=spoiler&sort=name&x=52&y=28) (or Kismet or Root Maze)
With the Stasis lock in place, keep skipping your turns (to avoid having to pay Stasis's upkeep) to the Vault and watch your helpless opponent choke on his own draw steps. Chronatog can also perform this turn-eating service.

Time Vault + Final Fortune (http://gatherer.wizards.com/?first=1&last=100&term=final+fortune&Field_Name=on&Field_Rules=on&Field_Type=on&setfilter=Allsets&colorfilter=All&typefilter=All&output=spoiler&sort=name) in an Isochron Scepter (http://gatherer.wizards.com/?first=1&last=100&term=isochron+scepter&Field_Name=on&Field_Rules=on&Field_Type=on&setfilter=Allsets&colorfilter=All&typefilter=All&output=spoiler&sort=name)
Time things right and you end up skipping the fatal Final Fortune turn, leaving you free to enjoy the Vault turn, during which you can repeat the process.

There are also some Unglued/Unhinged combos with Time Vault, like Time Vault + Energy Chamber + Giant Fan, or Time Vault + R&D's Secret Lair + Voltaic Key.

(Welcome to the forums).

I knew about the Time V. - Flame Ful. combo, but not about the others.
