Okay, here are the results! Enjoy :D
ALEX Ryugami:
MechMage:
Righteous Purgings 1W
enchantment
At the begining of your upkeep, sacrifice a creature. If it was black, white creatures have protection from black, and each player gains one life for each white creature he or she controls. If it was white, put a corruption counter on CARDNAME. You lose X life where X is the number of corruption counters on CARDNAME.
"The witch was burned at the stake, and our village made safe again."
3/10 pts - Adherence to Flavor
4/5 pts - Card Balance
2/5 pts - Design Fundamentals
3/5 pts - Creativity
Boo! This is the first word that is on my mind when I see your card. Why you sacrifice your own creatures to save your village? It's more like a martyrdom instead of witch-cleansing.

MechanicalMind:
Drake Hunter 2W/R (common)
Creature - Human Warrior
T, sacrifice ~: destroy target Dragon. Put a 0/1 white Maiden creature onto the battlefield under your control.

"Last night, the dragon demanded that we sacrifice a maiden, or the town would be razed to the ground. Don't despair... there's still time. Go now and rescue her."
6/10 pts - Adherence to Flavor
1/5 pts - Card Balance
4/5 pts - Design Fundamentals
3/5 pts - Creativity
I don't understand the red of this card (even white usually destroys attacking or blocking creature.) and at common (which Dragons are usually rare, except if you make a set about Dragons as main theme.) And why this should be hybrid?

thomasdm:
Goblin Decoy Trap 4RR
Instant - Trap
If an opponent attacked with three or more creatures this turn, you may pay 1RR rather than pay Goblin Decoy Trap's mana cost.
Goblin Decoy Trap deals damage equal to twice the number of Goblins you control to target creature or player. Put a +1/+1 counter on each Goblin you control.
"Don't worry, it's just goblins!"

8/10 pts - Adherence to Flavor
2/5 pts - Card Balance
3/5 pts - Design Fundamentals
3/5 pts - Creativity
Feels more white than red, but it's a decoy so I think this is acceptable, but this card is a scarry addition for Goblin decks (especially if they are counterattacked by creatures.)
Total: 16/25

Azrael Subucni:
Optimal Illusion - 1U
Creature - Illusion
Vanishing 4
Whenever Optimal Illusion blocks or becomes blocked, it gets +X/+X until end of turn, where X is the number of vanishing counters on it.
Whenever Optimal Illusion deals damage to a player, draw a card.

Does the Seer who evolves? And I'm so sad that you didn't make the creature you are tutored for a legend. :(
CoglineErro:
MechMage- Righteous Purgings
7/10 pts - Adherence to Flavor- I see it in the name and first half of the ability. You lose me on the second one. The ft says the villiage was safe. It's not Salem Witch Trials since that seems to be what you were going for.
5/5 pts - Card Balance- Feels balanced as pro-[enemy color] isn't expensive. This is a sometimes worse version of Absolute Grace.
3/5 pts - Design Fundamentals- It would have been cleaner and tighter without the second line.
5/5 pts - Creativity- Very original way of producing the flavor. No card is that close aside from Absoute Grace.
20/25- Total
MechanicalMind- Drake Hunter
9/10 pts - Adherence to Flavor- The author of this flavor text (not me, btw) made it feel as though there was some deeper connection between the dragon slayer and the maiden. Dragon slayer's don't typically despair over the loss of a random maiden. So you lose 1 point for missing that element.
4/5 pts - Card Balance- I compare this to Rashida Scalebane and find it a little bit undercosted. Scalebane is legendary, thus cheaper than normal. He only kills attacking and blocking, thus cheaper again. He is a 3/4 thus costs more than Drake Hunter. Though the math is tricky it still feels undercosted.
3/5 pts - Design Fundamentals- Red does not kill dragons. Only white does.
3/5 pts - Creativity- A slayer is typical in magic, though the token part was creative.
19/25- total
thomasdm- Goblin Decoy Trap
8/10 pts - Adherence to Flavor- IT'S A TRAP! Now that the meme is out of the way, where is the decoy? Goblin, check. Trap, check. Decoy, not that I can see. It looks like the decoy is the trap. But it does hit the ft on the head.
5/5 pts - Card Balance- Compared to Arrow Volley Trap, it's balanced. This card can either be underwhelming or devastating.
3/5 pts - Design Fundamentals- The first part is very red. the second not as much.
1/5 pts - Creativity- A card that deals damage based on goblins...yawn...
17/25- total
Azrael Subucni- Optimal Illusion
4/10 pts - Adherence to Flavor- I love a good pun, but this doesn't fit the flavor to the mechanics. But the idea is very spot on and that's all that saved it.
2/5 pts - Card Balance- The curiosity effect added with the vanishing bushido seems powerful for a 2 drop. Even at 1/1.
5/5 pts - Design Fundamentals- It's an illusion definantly. Seems to be a nice, solid card outside the low cost. The effects are unified and flavorful, be it not quite on flavor with the ft.
4/5 pts - Creativity- This is a brand new combination of old abilites, but it still feels fresh.
15/25- Total
Thrash jazz assassin- Inexhaustible Harem
1/10 pts - Adherence to Flavor- Well, there is a maiden involved in the card, but you seem to have missed the whole feel of the text. There is no one the text is speaking to. the maiden doesn't get saved. And you don't get a maiden from a harem. The women in harems would never be called maidens.
4/5 pts - Card Balance- Are there ways to break this card? Yes. Are they effecient or worth it? Rarely.
5/5 pts - Design Fundamentals- Feels very white. Except the flavor.
3/5 pts - Creativity- A new bag for some old tricks.
13/25- Total
Lokenta Mirana- Fate Buyer
7/10 pts - Adherence to Flavor- Eh, I see it. Just the flavor of a time counter doesn't really feel right here. And getting +1/+1 doesn't sound very heroesque.
4/5 pts - Card Balance- I would have put a color cost on it, but it doesn't feel too broken.
2/5 pts - Design Fundamentals- Not quite what white does. White doesn't have delayed bonuses anymore. Really this feels blue to me.
5/5 pts - Creativity- Never seen it before.
18/25- Total
Le Mirage- Town Justice
4/10 pts - Adherence to Flavor- Hit half the flavor. Don't see a village being saved. Nor really do I see a witch being burned.
5/5 pts - Card Balance- Not a strong card, but balanced.
4/5 pts - Design Fundamentals- Spot on black red. Not hybrid though.
1/5 pts - Creativity- destroying a creature? Blah. Atleast its at random, but still blah.
14/25- Total
KlassyReborn- The Suicide Brigade
10/10 pts - Adherence to Flavor- Nicely done. Feels very much the flavor text incarnate.
5/5 pts - Card Balance- Not a destroy all creatures, but close. Still costed fairly.
5/5 pts - Design Fundamentals- That's black red in all its glory.
5/5 pts - Creativity- New idea. Wait, is that a perfect score? I never give those...grrrrr....
25/25
ChampionKitsune- Court Seer
6/10 pts - Adherence to Flavor- Best fitting card for this flavor text. Should have been a tutor for a legend. Also, why do you have to sac him flavorwise?
3/5 pts - Card Balance- Cheap for that strong of a tutor. Should be exiled, not sac'd.
3/5 pts - Design Fundamentals- Not quite blue. Feels more GW.
4/5 pts - Creativity- Though done similarly, feels very original.
