Fellow Magic fans, I have great news for a special someone. I have been approached by WotC to write up some reviews on their novel line for MTG.

What I need is to find someone who wants to get a free book periodically, read said book, then write a review about the book. This review is a review to promote the book, not slander the book. SO if you have a negative view on Wizards or MTG, you need not apply.

However, I am not in the business of writing happy go lucky stuff. So if the product is poor, then the product is poor. If it is ok, then it is ok. If it is the best MTG book ever, then it is what it is. Just figure out a nice way of saying that it is what it is.

I need one person for this job, however I am hoping that I can turn this into a broader focus and review books from other games and in time books by site readers.

At this point I need to chime in with.. the payment for the review is the book. I don't charge my affiliates for thier reviews. I only charge sponsors (ads) and will be charging normal readers a small fee. Until that time comes, I don't have funds to pay the reviewer. So keep that in mind.

Please contact me asap with your interest, as I need to get back to Wizards with a shipping address to your place :)

Aaaaaaaargh! So tempting, as I gobble up their novels regardless of how crappy they are because it is Magic :(. I have no shame! Except for Agents of Artifice because it is so damn expensive!

Also, congrats! :D

Agents of Artifice is the first book review. I was told they have another novel due for release in summertime...

I am always down for free books, and you know better than anyone what my capabilities are with writing, Chris.

I'm so in for this. Heck I'll write whatever you want me to to get the books, I can't find them around here. If you need a sample of writing I can supply that too.

If you need another applicant, I am willing to help. Do they want blurbs or actual reviews? I can do either.

They want publicity put onto their product line. I want actual book reviews, as this is something I want to do for more than just MTG books.

I have two White Wolf books that I need reviews for if someone is interested.

I have a similar help wanted thread in MTG Salvation, so give me another day or so to gather ample interest, and I will begin contacting interested parties. Thanks for expressing said interest guys. I knew this community would not let me down :)

My apologies, I have been swamped with EoV stuff. My best friend Bill stepped up and volunteered. I would definitely be interested doing other reviews of other books if you guys want to do them :)

As a matter of fact, I am willing to do leg work to get the books sent to you if you are interested. This would mean other games and such. Note the I must limit this to US guys only, as the companies are not intereted in shipping over seas.

No, Chris, I'd rather you not send me free stuff.
