Dissappointment

I have to say I'm very dissappoint with the partiapation of week ones matches. Out of a total of 12 matches only 2 got played. Most of you didn't even try from the info given to me by a couple of players.

I put alot of work into this project for you people and you know what, i'm kinda pissed.

You had a hole week to get the matches in, Is two matches a week to hard to get in? It is what you guys voted for.

If anyone wants out let me know now and i'll cross your name off the list. If enough of you drop i'll just shut down the league, and calk it up as a failure.

Its up to you guys.

Look dude, 2 matches a week wouldn't be hard if I didn't have at least 1 exam a week; I apologize.

If you want my vote, I say to keep it up for another week, maybe two. If things get better, then cool but if not, then feel free to get rid of it. Usually it takes a little while for things like this to get off of the ground.

Oh i understand theres more important things in life, but how am i suppose to know if i'm not told, If people don't tell me "Hey this or that happened, i can't play for awhile." thats fine, but if not i'm gonna assume that everything fine and they'll get their matches done.

Honestly, it takes about 30 minutes to play a match. NOBODY here is busy enough that 2 sets of 30 minutes in a week is just waaaay too much of a burden.

That said, I completely respect members' desire to not force themselves to participate in what absolutely should be a voluntary and fun thing. This shouldn't feel like a burden (oh, I gotta get that match in before I get in trouble), it should be something to look forward to (awesome, tomorrow at 4:30 ThunderHog is going DOWN).

Let's have this run for another few weeks like Mr. Piggy said, and maybe send a PM to everyone who didn't play their matches without giving us a reason why.

I know you've been working on this a while Haggis, and I appreciate it. I've been looking forward to it ever since things died a few months ago. Hopefully things will pick up.

I tried to get my matches in. Castle never contacted me, and DBB and I just seemed to miss each other (this whole being 3 hours behind most of you is taking some getting used too).

I didn't contact you Haggis, because what was I suspose to say?

Well, I've already PM'd my first match this week, so it's all been a matter of waiting for me. I too am upset. Starting out my MDV League record with 0-0-2 is kinda crappy.
