First the general design syllabus:
Appereance (3 points)
0/1 point - Grammar, spelling is appropriate.
0/1 point - Card rendering is appropriate.
0/1 point - Artwork is appropriate.

Design Aspect (3 points)
0/1 point - Card is appropriate to it's colors.
0/1 point - Card is appropriately balanced
0/1 point - Card is appropriately worded.

Flavor Aspect (3 points)
0/1 point - Card is appropriate to the months theme. (A 0 here may indicate auto-DQ)
0/1 point - Card has a discernable unified flavor.
0/1 point - Card is appropriate to a whole/partial portion of the Magic universe.

1 - YWN - Wall of Mourning (9/9)
The innovation and distinguishable design you expect from YWN. The red was questionable and I could see this as a Black White card, but everyone else that voted for it saw differently.

2 - Haphazard Ninja - Dirge Drummer (9/9)
My favorite entry, not everyone else's. I thought it was impeccably designed, but it lacked that innovative edge to attract the needed votes to take down the Wall of Mourning./

3 - p-chan - Lock and Load (9/9)
This card definitely used it'd Johnny-style design to reach a few voters making this a dark horse nomination.

4 - Luthervamplord - Valkyerie of Ashand (9/9)
When I first saw this I thought we had a winner from early on. It's clean cut, slightly overpowered, but in that realm of the feasible.

5 - Insidious - Harbinger of the Devestator (9/9)
Interesting approach. Unlike the Herald's this made a near promise that it's beckoned lord would be there next. Really selling the harbinger aspect. The downside, it really did make it quite easy to cast him.

6 - Tsochar - Nature's Glory (8.5/9)
Cool card, amazingly hard to imagine finding art for, yet he did it. The colors match old school land affectors.

7 - Azrael_Subucni - Urborg Channeler (9/9)
A little much life loss for some's taste. This is a pro-style card and it didn't attract the mainly casual bases's votes.

8 - Tekkactus - Sanity Knot (9/9)

I'm so sorry.
No you're not.

9 - Michael_Zeora - Malphistofly (8/9)
I liked this little bugger. Although I thought it's P/T should have been 1/1 or 0/1 and most definitely a better flavor text.

10 - Final_Press - Spiteful Will (8/9)
One of the more spread out entries that worked. The biggest flaw in my book was it having the same power level as the Charms and the same cost.

11 - Maleficent - Isolation of Reflection (8/9)
Male will have to explain the color choices here to me, as I'm not quite grasping it.

12 - CoglineErro - Fatal Malfunction (8/9)
Why is there no Red in this? It screamed Red inclusion to me. Fun entry though.

13 - death_by_aggro - Nim Scourge (7/9)
While I liked this card and would play it for sure, I was torn about all kinds of things. From the color and the power balance on down. After revaluating it several times, I ended up giving it a little favor, but couldn't go top 10. Needed a little cleaning.

14 - ShaKadelic - Knight of Krabbatt (7/9)
Not a Vampire? I was a little perplexed by it's naming and tribal features with the abilities it had. They just didn't match up at all. Had aspects of Knight/Soldier + Rogue + Vampire.

15 - NeoMagicWarrior - Jin, Harvester of Life (7/9)
This was a cool card I went back and forth on a couple times. I liked it's counter ability, but I thought it needed a cap per turn. I also never really felt it being more Black than Green or Blue.

16 - GG Crono - Chaotic Devastator (7/9)
This thing absolutely did not need haste, and probably needed to come down in Power or Toughness since it's attack effect is so strong.

17 - akashmar - Dominara's Demise (7/9)
Interesting concept and execution. I don't like that it can trade lands for lands though. Needed a slight rework.

18 - Artifactor - Damon, Dark Artificer (7/9)
Pretty much underwhelming in terms of actual power. It seemed like Artifactor was going for a fusion of abilities that just didn't work as he thought.

19 - Muse&Force734 - Silent Sprawlwalker (7/9)
Another choice card. I really didn't favor these heavily as I didn't think that playing three colors meant always having three choices and mass utility. This could have been entry with a little more focus.

20 - Kamahl's Disciple - Hexbound Coven (7/9)
So basically it's either a really bad creature, or it's one of three of the most powerful color spells in the game (Hymn to Tourach, Swords to Plowshares, or Regrowth). Something just didn't click for me.

21 - Thunderhog - Twilight Shade (7/9)
Erm yeah? The Black I get for sure, the Green and White not so much. Card just didn't click.

22 - KlassyReborn - Quiver Wumpus (8/9)
I get the Red, I don't get the Black or White. If anything this thing due to it's size and type scream Green. Wither can easily go Black, Red, or Green, but not really White. I also wish you had kept your damage ability to Tephraderm restrictions.

23 - Niv-Mizzet Rulez! - Great Sea Tortotise (7/9)
Wording errors keep this from being balanced. Needed refining and fixing.

24 - squall_32091 - Keiza, Matyr of Alara (7.5/9)
Pretty card. It's colors don't match Alara really, and I just felt underwhelmed and stretched thing by the the package.

25 - blinkx511 - Kitsune Beast-Rider and Savage Trogg (7.5/9)
Cool concept a split card that can be unified, just didn't quite pull it off.

26 - FrycHiKn - Corrupted Influence (7/9)
Wording errors kept this from going higher. As is, it simply doesn't work due to bad wording.

27 - Belladonna_Assassin - Angel of the Bleak Vision (6.5/9)
A handful of minor mistakes and an overall feeling that this needed to have another round of two of QA to tighten it up.

28 - _Loki_ - Pummel (7/9)
Beyond the art being very non-Magic and not that fun to begin with, the name and card just didn't match. Why does Pummeling it get you life? I kinda see the hurting them and their creature, but not the gain life.

29 - kingez36@hotmail.co.uk - Kareth, Of Eternal Rage (6.5/9)
Too much power. Only removal or containment stops her and it takes no mana or hoops to get her unleashing. The haste made this fact even worse and the whole "after this phase" ....what phase? Every phase?

30 - Coldstone - Shrine of Blood (7/9)
Alot of this feels like a stretch just trying to make it three colors. I didn't feel much unity, nor do I feel that a life drip upkeep was necessary when it takes sacrifice to get it to work anyway.

31 - Ancient Snake - Timeless Clock (6/9)
Unearth is for creatures. Naming needed work and doesn't match proper artifact (colored) framing.

32 - 3cheesed - Archmage of Natural Fury (6.5/9)
Starters Sorceror isn't a true type. Further down the rabbit hole, we have another all over entry that really needed to reign in it's abilities and unify a little better. I wish you had just built a stronger Battlemage instead of going over the top.

33 - madmp - Waterfall Giant (5/9)
Why is this pro Elf? Why is a Giant when the picture looks like a Golem? And above all else, why in the three most lively colors is there so much one-sided hatred (that's Black's job)? I couldn't answer these questions.

34 - Jahak, Groundbreaker (5/9)
Mythic Rare doesn't mean backbreakingly powerful. Beyond some wording errors, the 3 permenants was a tad much, especially of your choice, and if it was me, it'd be 3x land each time meaning 0 damage. Beyond that First Strike and Trample..too much.

35 - silverwolf - Everlasting Fire (6/9)
This thing is pure Red. It's like Green and White were thrown on just for the contest.

36 - _b43gr_ - Inari of the Kitsune (6/9)
There shouldn't be a hundred Morphlings or Akromas, nor should their be creatures like this that are all over th eplace trying to do everything. Kitsune are also distinctily White, making it bad choice to start with.

37 - MechMage - The Brothers Baizon (7/9)
A little too much going on here. The text fonting on this was horrid too.

38 - zarkius - Horus the Heretic (7/9)
Just because a card is three colors, doesn't mean it should do everything those three colors can. This card just does too much.

39 - VampyrLestat - Ice Cage (4.5/9)
Too much. Why also is there a token, you never create one. There are other errors in the card as well. Wouldn't it have been easier to just create a big creature and play with it's untapping or attacking capabilities?

40 - fayaballard - Dragons Embrace (4/9)
Overpowered, to the max..almost. If you're making a card like a kid tells a story...and then it....and then it...and then it....and then it, you need to learn self control.

41 - Filallastor - Necronel, Demon of Revenge (4.5/9)
No. This is an example of what not to do. You inexplicably put every hybrid mana style you could in the card, added just about everything, then added a little more. You made fayaballard's Dragon's Embrace look appropriately powered.

Sorry it took so long (well not long, just longer than I had said). Sometimes things are out of anyone's control. I take this contest very seriously and I can see where some are starting to improve month after month. I look forward to more improvement this month.

Thank you everyone, I'll be here all month. Literally! XD

To show you it's not only Cashew's often-questionable opinion that matters, I would like to point out here, for what it's worth, that I enjoyed very much the card submissions of Haphazard Ninja, GG Crono, akashmar, Azrael Subucni, and kingez36@hotmail.co.uk, regardless of what Cashew said about them. The art on _Loki_'s card also made me laugh. :D

CoglineErro

It was very hard to choose which color mine was. It could have been any number of tri-color pairs. Personally I would have probably gone GRU in hindsight.

Maleficent

Male will have to explain the color choices here to me, as I'm not quite grasping it.

Ok :P: Shoud for all permanents = GW (Privileged Position) and changing targets = U.

Congrats YWN. Again. :)

Where's RiGer's score? He's asking for help on his current design, so I thought it might be good to look up how his last one went, but I can't find it.

Humm - Top 10 - not to shabby.
