Can somebody give a best shot in this thread of how to use accents, symbols, foreign, and language codes in this thread?

Just try, I didn't know how to do that using accents, symbols, foreign, and language.

Hum... fair enough, it's easy with an azerty keyboard...
With your qwerti, I believe the simplest option is to use the Insert special characters from Word and then copy/paste what you need into the textbox of the forum :)

Or maybe there's a Fonts here that displays accents... I don't know about that...
