Glimpse of nature says when you play a creature spell draw a card

Words of Wilding says when you draw a card pay 1 and put a 2/2 bear token in play instead.

does using words of wilding's activated ability count as playing a creature spell?

no. Words of Wilding just puts a creature token into play instead of playing a creature.

i really want to put together a deck around this card but im not sure if there are any cards that can really combo with it.

anybody know of anything?

Neuro made a Words of Wilding deck a while back. It's up to him if he wants to spill his secret tech though.

You could try using Intruder Alarm + Archivist with Words of Wilding.

[card:b89b252688]Fecundity[/card:b89b252688] works well with [card:b89b252688]Words of Wilding[/card:b89b252688], allowing you to keep your creature count up. Add [card:b89b252688]Ashnod's Altar[/card:b89b252688] and you can get as much colorless mana (for things like [card:b89b252688]Fireball[/card:b89b252688] and [card:b89b252688]Staff of Domination[/card:b89b252688]) and as many sacrifices (for things like [card:b89b252688]Altar of Dementia[/card:b89b252688] and [card:b89b252688]Goblin Bombardment[/card:b89b252688]) as you like.

(Tangleroot has tangled me up before, too. I don't know why, I didn't have nearly as much trouble with things like [card:b89b252688]Equilibrium[/card:b89b252688] and [card:b89b252688]Furious Assault[/card:b89b252688]; there's just something about Tangleroot.)
