banned/ restricted lists?

is there anyway for you to make 2 different topics one for restricted in all formats and banned in all formats :?: the sites i keep going to do not list all the cards and my friends are driving me crazy with their dumb list, please.

this goes to anybody who knows where the complete list for all the Rest. and all the banned cards and not just partial list. thank you.

MDV has a banned and restricted listing... which I could always use help with in keeping it updated.
