But how much is Thoughtseize worth? I just ripped one in a draft and wondered how much I should be expecting for it. non foil btw

if you have a good ebay account around 19 is what it goes for there. I would pick it up off you around 12-13 if your interested in selling(im a dealer btw) Personally its better to trade than sell

Im not interested in selling, I'm just curious about its value. What would you be willing to trade for it? (I am not asking for a trade, I am just asking for an asessment of it). Do you think it'll go up/down in value? Is it equal to tarms? A ravdual or two? wog/damn?

Nothing in standard is equal to tarm....Nothing in extended is equal to goyf even(nonfoil). After that though thoughtseize and garruk is the most expensive card in standard/extended. Rav duals have dropped a lot. i have many of them for sell at around 7.50-9.00. So heres some of the pricing you can expect

Tarmogoyf 28 and going up still
Thoughtseize 20
Garruk Wildspeaker 20
Rav Duals 6.50-7.00

As a side note damnation is about to drop do to a promo shipment this month of textless foil damnations.

I'm not totally sure about how much it's worth compared to those other cards, but I do know for a fact that it will go down in value once it rotates out of standard. That's just the nature of this game. It will also go down in value once more and more people open them. If you want the most for it, I'd say now is the time to trade/sell.

I did a similar thing with a Psionic Blast when TS first came out. It was worth around $20 at the very beginning and I traded it for a wrath and a few other things. Now the blast is worth far less.
