The girl walks down a road. She's all alone. It's late in the day and she needs to get where she's going before nightfall. She walks faster. Her shadow grows longer and longer. Her destination seems so far off. She doesn't stop to look at the vibrant green grass, the blazing sunset, or the ancient forest around her. The girl is cold, anxious, and so deeply sad that she doesn't even know of it. She knows that she won't make it home in time. Her body and spirit collapses. The girl weeps. The tears and sorrow come from somewhere deep inside her, from within her soul. She drowns in her loneliness. There is a voice. The voice is strange to her, and yet so familiar. It pulls her up out of her drowning tears, her overwhelming loneliness. The voice has a face. It is a face so beautiful that it causes the girl's heart to ache when she looks upon it. The face has eyes. She looks into those eyes and is enveloped in something warm, something comforting. She is enveloped in Love. The voice has hands that grasp hers and pulls the girl to her feet. The voice stays with her, walks with her. The girl walks slowly now, as if she is in a dream. The girl sees everything now. She sees the dewy grass, the brilliant sunset, and the wizened trees about her in such detail. Everything is beautiful now. The girl holds the hand that belongs to the voice. The girl smiles.
