Okay people here's where we come to air our problems and differences and as such I feel we need to lay-down a few rules:
1) State your problem clearly - Please don't tip-toe around the matter; give us the problem straight. But please bare in mind people's feelings; if you have a problem with the person then say why and avoid langauge that can exscalate the issue.
2) No Flaming - This is an overriding rule everywhere in the clan; I will suffer no personal attacks against another member - The Flame War is not the way to solve an issue.
3) Be Patient - We have a rule in the Writer's club that I believe speaks true for all MDV users; real life first. You all know I'm holding down a job and that I have other commitments to keep besides this clan; sometimes it may be that I can't answer right away but I WILL ANSWER. Unless the matter needs immediate attention I don't want PM's and Email's saying 'I need "blah" ' or 'Please fix "Blah" '
4) MZ, Tynion and CV Speak for Me - I know these guys fairly well and I trust each of their judgement; treat anything said by them as you would had I said it - Don't buck the system. If you feel it's unfair, contact me but don't go shooting off in here. Although I have the hand of god here; I don't like or wish to use it - Please let's avoid that okay
Beyond that; you are welcome to speak your mind here - Nothing said here can be held or used against you by anyone. This includes myself, I actual welcome critism as it helps us to grow; provided that it is critism and not a personal attack
