Description of deck by its author (quoted):
Here's what I found out. You have a Spirit Linked Entity. You're playing Goblins, or some other deck that, due to the heinous number of chumps just fartin around, could block your Entity all day long. You attack he's like "Yo, I'll block," your Entity becomes an 8/8, you gain four life, alright so he gets some damage through, lets say he gets ten damage through. That's fine, you attack next turn. Look at that a 16/16, oh yeah, and you gain eight life. Trust me he doesn't have infinite creatures, and he certainly cant deal you enough to counteract the insane amounts of life you'll be gaining. Evasion just isn't necessary, but if you really think you need it then go ahead and cut the Fireshriekers. They're just in there to add injury to injury and life to my total. All I'm saying that they might be overkill.

Sideboard:
4 Naturalize
4 Xantid Swarm
2 Silklash Spider
3 Sacred Ground
2 Story Circle
