Description of deck by it's author (quoted):
The Life deck is basically a Cleric deck with an infinite life combo built in. This deck can be used for Standard or Tribal play. The infinite life combo involves these three cards: Daru Spiritualist, Starlit Sactum and Lightning Greaves.

So, when you equip one of your creatures with Lightning Greaves, you must target the creature. If it is a Cleric, your Daru Spiritualist will give it +0/+2. If you move the Lightning Greaves back and forth between your guys and your Daru Spiritualist one trillion times, you will end up with a Daru Spiritualist with about two trillion toughness.

…that is when you sacrifice him to the Sanctum to can two trillion and one life.

Yes, the combo won't kill your opponent, but it might make them concede. You see, while two trillion life is a rather small number in the grand scheme of the cosmos, it certainly is a lot of life to take away in a game of Magic. No non-combo deck can deal that much damage, and if they could, maybe you should gain ten trillion instead. Really, it is up to you.

The question that you have to ask yourself while playing this deck is: What do I do when I don't get my three card combo? The rest of the deck operates much like a regular Cleric deck, with the main issue being how to make a Cleric deck good.

Tips on playing the Deck

-You can use your Wayfarer to fetch up the one Unholy Grottto to retrieve a Rotlung or a Withered Wretch from your graveyard. Note that the Grotto will make sure that you do not lose to decking – this can be an issue in infinite life games.
-Sometimes it is better to play the Headhunter Morphed, but usually he is better face up, especially if you can cast it on turn 2 against control decks.
-Keep the greaves on your most vulnerable creatures or the biggest targets – Rotlung Reanimator and Daru Spiritualist come to mind. Keeping your Scion safe is also advisable.
-Use your judgment when deciding whether to play the 'land game' with your Wayfarer. This used to come up with Land Tax. Basically both players refuse to play lands because the opponent doesn't want you to use the Wayfarer. This might be a good idea if your hand is sub-par, because it gives you time to draw into better cards. Also, if you have things to cast with the amount of land you have out you can apply pressure, forcing them to drop lands. Be careful though – they might not be withholding land – they might just be mana screwed and you are just wasting your chance to punish them for it.
-Foothill Guide gives you slight Morph diversity, meaning that you can attack with it and they will want to block it because it might be Headhunter. Keep this in mind when attacking. Its main purpose is to stop Goblin Piledrivers and to be useful with Supplicant and Rotlung.
