Description of deck by it's author (quoted):
My other fun deck of the moment is another easily morphable deck. When Urza’s Saga came out, I was already thinking about Block Constructed (kind of a one track mind I have). Launch, Gilded Drake, and Barrin, Master Wizard all leapt out at me. Additionally, I just got a bunch of cool Italian Legends off of eBay, so I need to put them into something. Combining these cards with other that play into the mechanical themes netted me this deck:

Once again, another 75 card monstrosity. I don’t have any Avalanche Riders of Pirates in because I have them in other decks. This sort of deck actually makes Umbilicus work, as you have cheaper stuff to bounce than your opponents in multiplayer, and you actually gain advantage by bouncing stuff back to your hand. Still need a little tuning to get the mana down, and a Citanul Flute or two wouldn’t hurt at all.
