Description of deck by its author (quoted):
This deck uses the combo with Cauldron Haze and Cowardice to bounce every creature you want. You can also use Cauldron of Souls. I added some Terrors and Counterspells to keep things from getting there in the first place.

It is currently Extended (Type 1.X) legal (As of 3 August 2008). If need be, you can bounce your own creatures to protect them from your opponents' spells. It also features some discard, that way, once you bounce all their creatures, you can force them to discard them so they don't come back to get you!

I also included some drawing, to help get the combo out sooner. Cards like Ancestral Vision, Helm of the Ghastlord, and Consult the Necrosages are useful for said purpose.

If all else fails, you can use the creatures I've included to kill them. The unblockable Ghastlord of Fugue is good for this. Especially enchanted with his helm... They get a card in their hand removed from the game, they discard, and you draw... what could be better than that?
