Tooth & Triskelion.

Description of deck by its author (quoted):
What you are basically looking for is a combination of 1 Triskelion + 2 of either a Mephidross Vampire or Rite of Passage. If you have a Rite of Passage in play, you can Tooth and Nail for the Trike and the Vampire and win immediately. Additionally, if you have the 2 Rites in play, you can just hard-cast a Triskelion and win. If you have a Triskelion in play, you can Tooth and Nail for the two Vampires and win. The Eternal Witnesses help you to recover any pieces of the puzzle that have been destroyed pre-maturely. There is a lot of room for tweaking in this deck still...it is not by no means a finished product but maybe it will give you some food for thought.
