Description of deck by it's author (quoted):
This deck tramples opponents with a barrage of seriously inexpensive creatures that have been tagged with annoying, yet sometimes synergistic drawbacks. Rogue Elephant is your strongest monster and feeds Harvest Wurm, since the Wurm returns to your hand the land that you sac. Plant Elemental and Jungle Lion represent the newly legalized use of Portal cards in Legacy, giving the deck a few efficient drops for few dollars.

This build is incredibly simple: play a lot of guys and throw your opponent beneath a sea of fur and palm fronds. The deck packs anti-control measures in the sideboard as well. Compost and Rushwood Legate help you go after any Tog or Ichorid-based decks with ease, and Emerald Charm adds a splash of utility.

If you want to spice things up with some extra scrilla, cards like Winter Orb and Heart of Yavimaya are good. Overall, however, this deck represents a simple time in the game when all you needed was a power greater than your mana cost to be revered by all.
