Description of deck by it's author (quoted):
Red has a long tradition of fine budget decks, and it continues in Time Spiral block, where innocuous two-drop Thick-Skinned Goblin makes half of the good cards great by negating their echo costs. If he sticks in play, Stingscourger, Basalt Gargoyle, Flamecore Elemental and Tectonic Fiend all become ferocious. Time Spiral red is also packing tons of cheap heat with a dozen sub-rare burn spells, four of which (Gone) join Stingscourger in temporarily solving creatures too large to take out with just two or three damage. Empty the Warrens lends a little late-game oomph as well, since you can find yourself with six or more dorks solely from Rift Bolt, any low-mana cost cards and the Warrens.

If you add some dollars to this deck, try adding Greater Gargadon and Fatal Frenzy. If not, through, this is still a great tool for making your opponent squirm for answers.
