Spoiled Miss America.

Description of deck by it's author (quoted):
The deck uses Kamahl and the Legionnaires as direct-damage to fuel the Tempers... which, in turn, build up the Lightning Angels.  The bolts are still more sources of direct damage, with the added bonus from Prophetic Bolt stacking your deck for you.  Accumulated Knowledge draws cards, and the
Rakavolvers are just there because no Miss America deck would be good without them.

Webmaster comments: This deck is most certainly an interesting combination of cards as it models after some Star Spangled Slaughter decks with a twist.  I only worry about Kamahl, as you chances of getting him out before your dead is unlikely.  You have no real means to get your land out quickly or even to hard cast him quickly.  Otherwise, you deck is great using extremely efficient cards (like the Angels) to Temper.  Good job and thank you for your contest submission!
