Description of deck by its author
(quoted):
Ever find yourself thinking, "If I only had
that card of theirs, I'd win for sure!"? Well now you no longer need to
wait for them to get up from the table to do so! Puca's Mischief will
let you steal any nonland permanent for exchange of any nonland
permanent (of any type), so long as yours costs as much or more. Then
you can simply blink the card you gave them and get it back at end of
turn - voila!
Early on you'll be doing lots of library stacking in
order to find the Mischief (or any other cards you need). Afterwords,
feel free to give them Court Hussar and blink it so you can use its
ability again. Saltskitter rushes back to you as soon as you play a
creature, and Maelstrom Djinn can trade with just about anything. And
don't worry about the vanishing; blinking him takes care of that,
face-down or up. Use Otherworldly Journey and he becomes a 6/7 flier for
many turns to come, assuming the game lasts that long.
But perhaps the cruelest trick is Mirrorweave. With
it, you can steal any creature with a mere Trusted Advisor, and then
make every creature your opponent controls into a copy of it so they all
return to their owners' hands. Better yet, give them a few of your
creatures, blinking theirs (add in Pull from Eternity if you like), and
in a single blasphemous turn play Bronze Bombshell and make everything a
copy of it. BOOM! 21 to the FACE! If that ain't a blast, I don't know
what is. |
