Description of deck by it's author (quoted):
(Note: Sulfurous springs would work nicely, and even feeds into your combo)

This deck seeks to exploit the nature of the Swine... dealing damage to both players when it is dealt damage. As was explained on a recent sunday school, if the swine is equipped or enchanted with pariah, it can spark of a loop so long as it doesn't die. This is where blessing of leeches comes in. Enchant the pariah bearing swine, and keep giving it a regen bubble. It's effect will still trigger, but it won't die.

Now, brainspoil may seem an odd choice, but it does something rather important... it can transmute for a Pariah shield... and even if you don't have the swine, a regenerating creature with the shield on can buy you some time.

Shock and Hammer are nice, as they can serve as both removal, or spark off your swine... after setting it up, it's unlike that someone would just blindly attack into it.

Note that this is hardly an optimized list. Save the Pariah Shield, this deck is primarily constructed from commons. There are many ways this deck would be enhanced (such as the previously mentioned springs.), though by and large, it would be difficult seeing this be anything but strictly casual.
