Description of deck by its author (quoted):
I thought that this would be great with Millstone and other milling cards. I searched through my collection and found some cards that would go great with it. And there were some other ‘creatures cannot attack’ cards too. One was Teferi’s Moat. That and the milling Ambassador Laquatus put me in U/W for the deck. Blue also had countermagic to stop troublesome cards to my decking strategy.

I built a first version of the deck, but I wasn’t getting the right cards when I needed them. So I discarded the deck as too unwieldy and tried again. The reason I kept losing was that quick creatures kept killing me before I could get my combo ready. So, I would need some mana acceleration, and search cards to get combo pieces. I put a second version together, and it worked way better.
