Norritt's Wizards.

Description of deck by its author (quoted):
At first glance this Impish creature looks over priced, with a strange set of abilities; however, each ability is useful in a multiplayer scenario. First I looked at the untap target blue creature ability. First, we need some good blue creatures to untap. My thought at the beginning was to combine Norritt with Puppet Master and Patron Wizard for some evil wizarding. Plus, Shadowmage Infiltrator gives us another good reason to splash black into our wizard deck. Add Opposition and Static Orb and you have a nice pot of evilness. This was too easy though, so I sought a harder challenge. Still, I ended up turning to wizards, spellcasters and sorcerers to be precise. Zuran Spellcaster and Prodigal Socerer are two very good blue guys to untap. Throw in some other pingers, and a good, but $expensive$ mana base, plus removeal, and we got ourselves an interesting deck. I threw in some goodies like Lim-Dul’s Vault to help find the pieces you need. Basically all this deck does is drop drown the pingers and clear the board of annoying creatures. Beware of large board clearing spells, like Sarstorm and Pyroclasm, so save your counterspells for those deadly dangers to your army of little pingers.
