Description of deck by its author (quoted):
Designed to beat casual players that use big expensive creatures like Darksteel Colossus. Use Pulse of the Dross, Strongarm Tactics, and Nezumi Shortfang to make them discard, or to discard your own big creatures, then reanimate them. If your opponents manage to push through the discard and being attacked by their own creatures use the burn spells to finish them, or Desolation Angel to slow them down.
