Napster.

Short commentary by Brian Kibler on www.magicthegathering.com (quoted):
Jon Finkel won the U.S. National Championships in the year 2000 with a Vampiric Tutor-based deck called "Napster" (because it let you get whatever you want), largely designed by Mike Flores, that exploited these vulnerabilities by including single copies of cards such as Perish, which decimated his quarterfinal opponent and teammate-to-be Frank Hernandez, as well as Persecute, whose power against slower monocolored decks was showcased in Jon's three game trouncing of Chris Benafel in the finals.
