Description of deck by it's author (quoted):
Mono-black control at its almost best.  Shambling Swarms, Mutilate, Chainer's Edict and Innocent Blood to offer your deck creature removal.   Duress and Mind Sludge to offer the opponent and empty hand.  Nantuko Shade and Cabal Coffers along with Laquatus's Champion are there to offer you  nasty win conditions.  Nasty=really, really good.

Everything in the deck, in my opinion, is cohesive and balanced and focuses.

Remember not to play your Nantuko too early as your Mutilate and Innocent Blood would kill them.  GuiltFeeder, well, he is just a cool card.  Have fun and know this is a legal deck to use in some tournaments.
