This
deck wins by using natural order, sacrificing Llanowar elves.
Obviously you'd search for Krosan Cloudscraper putting it into play.
After that you sacrifice it to metamorphosis for eleven mana. I would
have added energy tap but it was banned in extended. Providing you have
two heartstones out you use that mana for ambassador Laquatus's ability,
making them discard 33 cards from the top of their library all at once.
Do that a couple times and that's game. I put in capsize with memory
crystals for some defense and the whispers for thinning the deck to get
to the good cards.

Nice deck! You missed a few points because you only used one
4-Mutant card count instead of two. I really like the concept of
your deck.. However, I think you should do without the Memory
Crystal-Whispers of the Muse-Capsize card combos. You would better
with adding card to facilitate your combo. One idea is
Lifeline-Altar of Dementia-Krosan Colossus. Also, you can do
without the City of Brass. I think basic lands would do you better
since you have the painlands in there already for Blue-Green mana.
