Description of deck by it's author
(quoted):
The basic principle of this
deck is to amass your army of creatures until you have enough to kill
your opponent. Sounds fun to me. If this sounds lame, read some of my
other articles. They are quite entertaining (plug, plug).
Like all great things, one must start
out small. The most important step is to get some tokens on the board.
Without our small minions, there will be no chance of spawning armies so
don’t go chump-blocking with these guys. Chatter of the Squirrel and
Spontaneous Generation are great starters. They both produce more that
one creature token and they are pretty mana efficient. But if you really
want mana efficiency, check out Artifact Mutation and Aura Mutation. For
two mana, Artifact Mutation gets to remove an artifact (not that the
current metagame has any artifacts or anything) and put its converted
mana cost worth of Saproling tokens into play (yes, I have killed Draco
once or twice with this beauty). Surely cards of this caliber should be
sorceries but they are both instants. That’s too amazing. |
