Description of deck by it's author (quoted):
The basic premise is to tap for as much mana as possible and either Supply or Decree of Justice for a horde of little tokens (or big tokens if you hard-cast the Decree) and swing for lethal next turn. I've been told that having both the Magus of the Candelabra and Gaea's Cradle are completely redundant and I should drop one or the other. After playing this deck about 60 times in it's current build and only losing 8 times or so, I feel that they should both stay put. If you don't draw the Cradle early or if you just need a blocker the Magus can be a life saver. Once you get the Upwelling on the table you don't have to worry to much about keeping it safe as long as you have Vitalizing Cascade or Decree of Justice in your hand if it gets removed. If you are facing some enchantment removal, Sterling Grove is dual purpose. However, the look on your opponents face is priceless when they think you're going to die due to mana burn and you cycle the Decree for a mass of creatures AND you get to draw a card.

The deck can be rather quick from the get-go if you have a decent starting hand and you don't want to risk waiting 6-8 turns to fill up the kitchen table. That's where Saproling Symbiosis really shines you get about 4-5+ guys on the table by turn 3-4 (not hard by any means) and then double up. The Wardens are good for early game life gain. Unless you are really low on health it's a safer bet to hang on to Vitalizing Cascade so you don't die from mana burn.

Life and Limb with Timber Protector is you're answer to a possible Wrath, Damnation, etc. and you have more mana than you're opponents will think possible without going arbitrary.

The usual game with this deck should end up (by turn 6-8) look something like this: 300-500 saproling/forsests, Mirari's Wake, Gaea's Cradle, Magus of the Candelabra. At this point you're adding about 600-1000 green mana to your mana pool per turn. You can wait if you're opponent can't do anything and have some fun (read: Supply for 2000 tokens then start tapping for 9k per turn or so). I personally don't like to give them the chance to find the one card they need, but it will destroy their game mentally.

The Saproling Symbiosis can be replaced with Altar of Dementia if you face a lot of anti-damage decks (Worship, Fog, Blazing Archon and the like). This variation is very tough to deal with, as you never need to attack once, and is just as fun and effective.
