Description of deck by its author (quoted):
This deck sports some of my favorite cards including Triskelion, Metalworker, Black Vise, Copy Artifact, Karn and Prosperity.  While this can easily be considered a MILL deck because of Prosperity and Metalworker, it is more or less a BURN deck in the form of Black Vise.  The goal is to generate a lot of mana, play a huge Prosperity and have one or more Black Vise in play before your opponent's next turn.  Come their turn, the Black Vise will kill them or do a large amount of damage.

Use your Voltaic Keys, Mind Over Matter, Rings of Gix's and Triskelions to keep your opponent's creatures and permanents at bay.  If the game allows, use your Triskelion as an alternate win condition to do the final points of damage.

While this deck is a bit unfair, its a fun deck.  If you want to make it more challenging, add some tutors and return some of the key cards down to one.  Black Vise as a playset in a deck is a bit overpowering...
