Description of deck by it's author (quoted):
That is it. A simple but effective Arabian themed deck. The deck has plenty of deterants that keep people from attacking you early on in multiplayer. The Deserts are perfect for this as they will even take out flying creatures and the Ghitu Fire Eaters can be sacrificed to deal 2 damage.

Then you add your burn and control spells. If you are patient it is tough to loose if you have these spells in your arsenal. Incinerate can get rid of a pesky regenerator. Lightning bolt is a steal for one R, and one fireball can change the entire game.

As far as other creatures you have some powerful fliers at your command. Mahamoti Djinn (9th edition art of course) can't be beat for the casting cost and Serra Sphinx has vigilence which is a major plus. Also, Viashino Sandstalker can be especially effective when dropped on the board at the right moment.

To finish it off the two artifacts are great. I've swarmed people with 1/1 green snakes or just use them as blockers if need be. The clincher at times is the Power Matrix. +1/+1, flying, first strike, and trample all wrapped into one. What else is there to say. Anyway, I hope you enjoy this themed deck as much as I do.
