Landless Deck.

Description of deck by it's author (quoted):
I get together every so often to play Magic with a friend of mine. I build most of the decks and own a large collection of cards. I enjoy building decks. Mind you, these are not the kind of decks you would use at tournaments, but they are fun to play.

My friend favors a Green/White Land Destruction deck that I built for him. I'll admit that being able to destroy a land by turn two has some advantages. In order to counter it, I came up with this deck. I call it the Landless Deck!

The first time I played this deck against him, I went first. Because of a very good draw, I put a Shield Sphere, Lotus Petal, Tooth of Chis-Gornia, Welding Jar and 3 Frogmites into play.

Needless to say, with 3 2/2 creatures in play before he played his first card, my friend didn't have much of a chance particularly since the LD deck he was using didn't have many creatures in it. Since I had no land, the majority of his cards were useless.

As I said, I know this deck isn't tournament worthy. And, it never will be. However, I am looking for some ways to make it more effective against other types of decks. Anyone have any suggestions?
