Description of deck by its author (quoted):
Use Jhoira, Intet, or Summoner's Egg to get huge expensive spells into play. Rift Elemental speeds up the suspended cards. Shattering Pulse, Pyrohemia, and Grab the Reins are all great spells that you can use against your opponent or on your Summoner's Eggs. This is a great deck for expensive spells that you own or want to play but don't have a deck that can play them reliably. I would recommend using Greater Garagadon and Deep-Sea Kraken though because Jhoira can suspend them for less time. Prismatic Lens and Terramorphic Expanse let you hard cast anything if you need to.
