Broken Jar 1999.

Description of deck by John Streetz (quoted):
This deck was designed by Randy Buehler, Erik Lauer and the rest of Team CMU.  It didn't take long for this uber broken deck to inspire an emergency banning on the card thanks to Memory Jar, Megrim and a bunch of card drawing and mana sources.

This deck is also known as Jar.

It was played at Grand Prix: Vienna.
