More importantly, she has lots of cheap mana accelerators. The likelihood of any given card being a land is 31%. An opening hand will have, on average, 2 land and a mana accelerator that will be playable by turn 3. Moreover, she should have another land, on average, by her third draw. With three land and an Urza’s Incubator, for example, she can cast all but three cards in her deck.

Feel free to change out the Voices for whatever you want, Grace, Law, Truth, Duty, Reason and/or All).  Also, you can switch out the Urza's Inc.'s for Pearl Medallions.
