Description of deck by it's author
(quoted):
When the mana denial is creative. I’ll admit this isn’t my bag, but
fortunately I know people who live in said bag. And the creations can be
spectacular. You don’t mind losing as much to decks that obviously took
a lot of thought and time. Land Equilibrium and Mana Vortex, Natural
Affinity and Pyroclasm, Pardic Miner and Lifeline, Army Ants and
Groundskeeper, and Awakening (see below, but be warned: this is just for
laughs…you can’t drop a land every opponent’s turn, so its best shot is
in very small groups). The possibilities are endless, though they
typically fall into fragile combo territory, and require difficult
rares. If a group can afford cards like these, they’re still counterable
by some of the best-known commons in the game. If your group can’t
afford cards like these, well, then you don’t have to worry.
