Gravestorm.

Description of deck by it's author (quoted):
Gravestorm is the key card here (heh-thus the title!)  Anyway, Mindslicer should limit your opponent quite a bit while you are able to replenish your hand with Gravestorm.  To keep your opponent's graveyard near empty, there are cards like Carrior Wurm and Carrior Rats and Famished Ghoul and Zombie Cannibal and Crypt Creeper... and well... you get the idea.  Malevolent Awakening will also give you the advantage to get those cards you want back that Mindslicer forced you to discard.

To the best of my knowledge, this is tourney legal (in certain environments) because none of the cards are restricted.  Casual.. or tourney.  Fun deck too!
