Description of deck by it's author (quoted):
Kami of the Crescent Moon and Howling Mine: Both good card drawers. If your opponent is heavy creature kill, then Howling Mine backs it up. If your opponent is heavy artifact kill, then Kami backs it up. Since it is a Legend, two should be good to run since four would be a dead weight in your hand.

Traumatize: My old school favorite. Since it cost five mana, I only put two in the deck. Milling half a deck is pretty good when you have nothing else in mind.

Induce Paranoia: Useful in this deck to counter high mana spells and/or creatures with a bit of milling on the side. Just like Traumatize, this card is to mana costly so I only use two of them.

Muddle the Mixture: Awesome counterspell. Every good deck will have an instant or sorcery that should be countered. Save your other counters for creatures, enchantments, etc and use this for them. Two mana…almost feels like the real Counterspell. Even acts like a tutor to get one of the decks win conditions or a Kami/Mine for card drawing.

Twincast: Copy Glimpse or use it as a counterspell. Opponent plays Spell A. You Mana Leak Spell A. Opponent counters your Mana Leak. You cast Twincast on your Mana Leak to counter their counter or Twincast their own counter.

Szadek, Lord of Secrets: The newer Scalpelexis. I would say better but I really don’t like hard casting high mana creatures. A 5/5 creature that acts like a powered Millstone is awesome. Then it doubles its milling every time you get in a successful mill the turn before. Since his mana cost is so high, one should be more than enough. The deck can work without him but a heavy set creature is always a plus to have.

Circu, Dimir Lobotomist: A really slow milling creature with a decent defense. The shine of this card is his second ability:

“Your opponents can't play nonland cards with the same name as a card removed from the game with Circu.”

This is awesome. Most standard decks run 3-4 of each card they want to use. Even if you need to use your counter spells to protect him, go for it. Since he is a legend, two are enough for the deck.

Psychic Drain: If you have absolutely nothing else to do with the cards in your hand or if you really need some life to survive the game use this. This card is an endgame finisher for those long games.

Glimpse the Unthinkable: Ten removed cards for only two mana??? Insanity at its best. Use Twincast for more and more insanity. This really hurts any opponent. If they use cards to shuffle their graveyard into their library, just counter it.

Millstone: Pure classic for a classic player like me. Two mana to play and then two mana for two milled cards is decent and since you can only use Glimpse four times, this card would be a small help.

Shizo, Death's Storehouse: Use this with Szadek, Lord of Secrets for some real havoc.

Duskmantle, House of Shadow: Mini mill land if your other spells doesn’t help
